Role Requirements
Experience:
- 2–7 years PQE, ideally within energy, commercial property or rural law
- Background in drafting and negotiating legal agreements such as exclusivity agreements, options and leases
- Experience conducting due diligence and supporting renewable energy projects
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of legal practices relating to renewable energy or a desire to transition into this growing sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach with the ability to manage complex legal work
