Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers who are looking elsewhere. Your primary objective will be to analyse their concerns, communicate effectively, and provide tailored solutions that encourage retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:Â
- Connect with customers, fact find to identify the reasons why they are leaving their current supplier.
- Active listening to the customer giving them the best solution based on their needs.
- Try to retain the customer, outlining all the benefits that we to have to offer.
Who we’re looking for:
- Sales enthusiasts with clear communication.
- Be able to thrive in high pressure situations and have a passion for exceeding targets.
- Confident phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
