About Us:

The Interactive Team is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization specializing in campaigns for prominent clients such as ScottishPower, TalkTalk, and various charitable organizations. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering high-quality training sessions across our various campaigns;

- Implementing training programs tailored to the needs of our clients;

- Evaluating training effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to ensure high standards;

- Working closely with the Head of Client Partnerships and COO on trend analysis;

- Supporting new hires and current employees in developing their skills and knowledge;

- Collaborating with campaign managers to understand training needs and objectives;

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record in similar roles would be advantageous;

- Strong communication and presentation skills;

- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programmes;

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;

- Proficiency in using PowerPoint and excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the energy, telecommunications, or charity sectors is a plus;

- Certification in training or a related field is also good to have but not a requirement.
