Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well established client, looking for a Japanese speaking Sales Administrator to join their expanding team. This person will be working within offices based in Glasgow, providing administrative support to the Business Development Director and general administrative support to the sales team. Salary - £30,000 with great company benefits Some of the duties will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Director and the sales team
  • Issuing meeting invites and agendas
  • Act as first point of contact for meeting visitors to the office
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Work with the office administrator to monitor stationery levels within the office
  • Assist the office administrator with essential office tasks
  • Obtain quotes and approval for the ordering of office equipment
  • Manage the Business Development Directors schedule, organising meetings
  • Organise and book travel, transport and accommodation for the Business Development Director
  • Manage and collate expenses
  • Covering in the absence of the Office Administrator

The suitable candidate:

  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
