Scrum Master - Infrastructure as a Service - Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) - 12 month contract PAYELooking for your next Scrum Master contract in Scotland?I have an immediate 12 month contract opportunity for a Scrum Master to join an Infrastructure as a Service team with our Banking client in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for driving Continuous Improvement.As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the adoption of Agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritise tasks.
• Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and Innovation within the team.
• Track and report on team performance metrics and progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within Corporate / Financial Services environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience of working with Virtual Teams ideal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with IaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, Software Development projects is highly desirable.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
