Based at Glasgow Business Park, Baillieston, Glasgow G69 6GE, we're looking for Self-Employed Multi-Drop parcel delivery drivers to distribute to our customers.

Youll receive flexibility with the option to choose your working days in advance (full time 5-6 days required). This flexibility makes us an excellent option for working professionals.

You will benefit from the best training in the business to ensure success in your new role. By working with the us you can rely on our proven guidance to quickly become a bonus earning member of the team and boost your income beyond a simple daily rate.

The Draco Logistic role:

-Full-Time. We provide flexibility in choosing your days

-Bonus incentives (Multiple schemes in place to reward our best and brightest)

-Annual pay rises to keep you ahead of inflation

-Regular additional payments. Pick up extra stops when required for more pay. We always go the extra mile for our customers.

-Insured van with fuel card for the working day. No cost involved.

-Paid training & on road (while you get up to speed and learn how to do things the right way)

-Weekly payments, 2 weeks in arrears of completed work

-Payments, invoicing and tax returns organised for you via our partners.

-Beginning to end support with Self-Employment to maximise your income and minimise your workload

The Daily Set Up:

-Morning loading times - (We load between 11am -12pm )

-Daily support on road from our experienced operations team

-Planned local routes (Planned at 9 hours).

-Routing completed internally. Simply log in to see the day ahead.

-Everything is prepared for you to load and go in 10 minutes. (Parcels are already organised into individual bags for loading onto the vehicle.)

We are committed to providing industry leading service to our clients and customers. Being reliable with your working schedule is of paramount importance. Other necessities for this job include:

-Available for the full working day (9 hour routes from loading time)

-UK Driving Licence for over 1 year with a maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, CD, DG, IN, MS or TT related endorsements)

-Able to pass an independent background check and a drug and alcohol test

-Able to commute to and from our depot

-Positive mental attitude with the ability to take-on constructive feedback

-Exceptional customer service skills. We look for good, reliable, people we can count on.

-Ability to work with own initiative whilst also being a part of the wider Draco Logistic team.

-Good communication and fluent in English

-Comfortable driving a long wheel base van

Pay Range:£117.00-£139.50 per day
