Salary: 37000-42000 (dependant on experience)

I am looking for a passionate Senior Architect to join a friendly, well-established team in Glasgow. The RIBA chartered practice has a strong portfolio, ranging across Healthcare, Education and Hospitality projects. The practice is dedicated to creating sustainable designs and are excited to welcome a Senior Architect to the team.

The ideal Senior Architect will have substantial post-qualification experience, and strong technical abilities alongside excellent design skills. You will have a proven track record of leading projects from concept through to completion and managing teams.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • Sufficient post Part 3 experience
  • ARB registered and the relevant Part 1, 2 and 3 degrees/accreditations
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Confident working through all RIBA stages
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create exceptional designs
