Meraki Talent are seeking a Settlements Specialist to join our client, who are going through a period of dynamic growth.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all settlements lifecycle events with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in UK Settlements and associated systems.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring SLA delivery and proactive communication on case management.
  • Maintain and update internal records accurately.
  • Respond promptly to queries from front office and client services teams.
  • Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Support the collation of MI data for Settlements functions, escalating issues as required.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc project work as necessary.
Essential Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Wealth Management principles, operations, and Settlements processing, with experience in counterparty best practices.
  • Detail-oriented and client-focused, delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability in workload management, problem-solving, and adapting to change.
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable adapting to new processes and systems.
