- Execute all settlements lifecycle events with accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in UK Settlements and associated systems.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring SLA delivery and proactive communication on case management.
- Maintain and update internal records accurately.
- Respond promptly to queries from front office and client services teams.
- Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend actionable improvements.
- Support the collation of MI data for Settlements functions, escalating issues as required.
- Contribute to ad-hoc project work as necessary.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Wealth Management principles, operations, and Settlements processing, with experience in counterparty best practices.
- Detail-oriented and client-focused, delivering high-quality service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability in workload management, problem-solving, and adapting to change.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive, results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable adapting to new processes and systems.
