  • Acquired brain injuries
  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Loss of limb injuries
Summary of Position:A Qualified PI pursuer, expected to be a strong litigator leading the execution of the dept/firm strategy, and to build skills in others and achieve a return for the firm through their efforts. The post holder will be required to handle a range of complex, specialist case types, including Acquired Brain Injuries, Spinal cord Injuries and Loss of Limb Injuries. Due to the nature of the specialism, you will be expected to handle high value cases for seriously injured clients. You will be expected to assess and progress these cases in an appropriate manner, from inception to conclusion and will guide your cases through the litigation process. Occasional Court appearances may be required and whilst supervision is readily available there will be an expectation that autonomy will be achieved as a development point.Experience: 
  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE essential. 
  • Previous general Personal Injury experience desirable. 
  • Civil litigation or commercial litigation experience but with a desire to move to different work will be considered also.
