Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
- Lead ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless integration across various modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Optimise workflows, scripting, automation, and security configurations.
- Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvements across the platform.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, development, and process automation.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CTA are desirable.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
