Storeperson

We are looking for an experienced Store person to be based in our Hillington site.

Location:  The head office based in Hillington, G52 4PR
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
Contract:  Full time, Permanent
Hours: 40 Hours (7am - 4pm) Monday – Friday

About these Roles and what you will be doing:

You  will be responsible for  receiving and recording goods,  and issuing of materials including plant and equipment. Managing stock levels and keeping the stores clean and tidy at all time.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Stock level, Issue and monitor PPE including items that are date stamped and require re-calibration or replacement.
  • Arrange for the calibration of electrical instruments when they are due, upon return update Q-Pulse.
  • Highlight any plant defects or issues to Project Manager.
  • Plant repairs, Plant hire, and Plant Pat Testing
  • Inspect and tag access equipment (ladders, scaffolds etc.)
  • Liaise with Project Managers/Supervisors daily to ensure availability of Material and Plant for Projects.
  • Assist Project Managers/Supervisors where required.
  • Any other adhoc activities that IQA may require

Candidate Requirements:

  • Current driving licence
  • Tele-handler licence preferable or a current forklift licence
