We are working with a brilliant large IFA practice in Glasgow who is going through an exciting expansion plan. We are looking for 2 Technical IFA administrators for the team.The Techncial Administrator is responsible for providing support to Advisers across a broad spectrum of financial issues including investment, protection and pensions.The successful candidate will work within a large team in the Glasgow office (hybrid)Key Responsibilities

  • Key client contact: phone calls, arranging meetings, etc
  • Organising advisers diary
  • Managing client reviews/Preparing Meeting Packs
  • Preparing of Client Agreements and Agendas
  • Drafting Client communications including some Suitability Reports
  • Managing post meeting actions
  • Delivering support in a profitable manner, making use of existing and new technology

Support of Managing Directors;

  • Diary management and oversight of inbox
  • Managing actions, preparation of meeting agendas and papers
  • Working with clients

Experience & Knowledge

  • Efficient in all MS Office applications, platforms and websites
  • Cashcalc, FE analytics and Dynamic Planner
  • I.O. or Curo
  • Understanding and knowledge of financial services products, providers and regulation
