Basic salary £25,000
OTE £37,000 (Uncapped)
Our client is directly authorised and provide non advice life & protection solutions to clients throughout the UK.
They generate all their own leads in house via a wide range of marketing initiatives including collaborations with household names within sport.
As part of their growth plans for 2025 they are seeking to appoint a small number of experienced B2C phone based professional salespeople who wish to progress their career into the Life & Protection field.
What are they looking for?
You do not need to have previous life sales experience however this would be a distinct advantage
To be considered you must have a least 2 years phone-based sales experience selling directly to consumers. Ideally you will have worked with leads generated via the web and or third-party collaborations and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided.
Rewards
Successful consultants can progress to senior levels within the business, this will entail salary increases up to £32,000 and an OTE of £60,000 + (uncapped)
