Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + benefits
Location: Glasgow HQ (with UK travel as required)
- Install and commission VoIP/Cloud systems, including MS Teams Calling.
- Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, and network issues remotely or onsite.
- Support pre/post-sales design and deployment of platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain shared knowledge bases.
- Experience with SIP, Voice Gateways, SBC, and VoIP.
- Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, QoS, troubleshooting).
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence required.
