We have an opportunity to join our Glasgow clinic , full training is provided and the opportunity for your to progress within the business.
Key responsibilities of position
- To deliver expert advice and treatment relating to hearing healthcare. Follow best practice principles and company/regulatory guidelines as trained by The Hearing Clinic UK trainers. Assess and offer appropriate treatments to clear debris and blockages in ears, and to undertake hearing assessments to discover is hearing loss is present and needs further investigation.
- Demonstrates a competent use of appropriate equipment and relevant procedure to perform the removal. (Training of additional procedures will be provided for suitable candidates.).
- To complete a Hearing Health Check to all patients.
- Working within the scope of professional practice, you will aim to identify potential client needs and make recommendations to other THCUK complementary products and services.
- To be able to recognise your own limitations and make referrals where necessary to other healthcare professionals.
Other responsibilities
- To complete records up to 48 hours upon appointment completion.
- To complete invoices and take payments accordingly.
- Work closely with Audiologists and Front of House/Admin team within THCUK.
- Be up to date with your own stock count for clinic management
Salary & Hours
- 25-30K (DOE)
- Glasgow full time 35hrs per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (1 Sat in 4, 1 late night per week 8pm )
- Company pension.
- Monthly bonus with achievable target
