The primary duties for Customer Service Advisors include working diligently to achieve and surpass essential sales performance metrics, exhibiting unwavering punctuality and reliability, playing a constructive role in a collaborative team setting, expertly addressing customer queries, cultivating an in-depth knowledge of all client service offerings, efficiently handling and processing new sales transactions, and engaging in close collaboration with the team to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
