This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional talent solutions to our esteemed clients.

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Resourcer at MM Search, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and engage with top-tier candidates who possess the skills and experience required by our clients. You will be working closely with our consultants, researching talent pools, conducting market analysis, and utilising innovative sourcing techniques to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with consultants to define candidate profiles and requirements for various search assignments
  • Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates across multiple channels and platforms, including creating talent maps
  • Utilise various sourcing techniques, including database searches, networking, targeted outreach, and job boards, to attract and engage with potential candidates
  • Screen and assess candidate profiles to ensure they meet the specified criteria and present the most suitable candidates to consultants
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our internal systems (Ezekia)
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment processes
  • Keep abreast of market trends, industry news, and talent acquisition best practices to bring fresh insights and ideas to the team

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a customer service-based role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and data management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to continuous learning and growth
  • An enthusiastic, energetic individual, passionate about working with people and businesses.
  • An outgoing and confident individual, keen to contribute to a productive team environment at a fast and demanding pace.
