Do you want to join a role within the Public Sector, where you will have plenty of opportunity to gain further experience and progress your career?This property management company operate across Glasgow working in unison with local authorities where they manage a variety of land and different properties across the Residential, Commercial and Public sectors. This includes the buying, selling and leasing of properties and land. Within the management of these various properties, they offer a mixture of services from valuations, demolition and asbestos removals. As of late they have seen a large up take in work and this is why they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce with this great opportunity.In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, working within the technical team you will be responsible for health and safety standards in both the office and on sites. You will look to provide technical advice to both internal and external stakeholders, where you will ensure the CDM compliance strategies. You will be undertaking the responsibility of principal designer throughout projects, where you will work closely with team members to do design reviews and ensure strong health and safety standards. Finally amongst other responsibilities, you will ensure the health and safety standards are maintained by doing risk assessments and making sure they are followed.Therefore the ideal candidate will be a health and safety professional within the construction sector who has strong CDM knowledge to be able to hit the ground running, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to visits sites across Glasgow.This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDM Health & Safety Officer to join a growing property management company where you'll get exposure to a variety of different projects, all whilst having the chance to progress your career professionally and technically from continuous development and training.The Role:
