Role Overview:
The client is seeking a seasoned Behavioural Safety Specialist with a robust background in heavy civils and structural projects. This role demands a professional who excels in behavioural analysis, investigation, and has extensive experience working with principal contractors or tier 1 and 2 contractors. The works involves a large scale highways project based in Glasgow. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Behavioural Expertise: Utilise your deep understanding of behavioural safety to foster a culture of safety and compliance.
- Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into high-level incidents, accidents, and near misses, preferably with top set training.
- Civil and Structural Insight: Apply your extensive experience in civil and structural projects to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Communication and Teamwork: Leverage excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Flexibility: Adapt to the dynamic needs of the project, including occasional weekend and night work.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in heavy civil and structural projects, with a focus on behavioural safety and investigations.
- Skills: Strong analytical and investigative skills, top set training preferred, excellent communication, and a proven team player.
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a safe working environment.

- Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Chartered

Working Hours:
