The Interim HSE Manager is a critical role in the Engineering & Manufacturing department of a renowned FMCG company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental risks within our clients manufacturing site in the West of Scotland.

Description
- Managing and implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
- Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation
- Delivering HSE training to staff
- Investigating and reporting on accidents and incidents
- Liaising with regulatory bodies as required
- Implementing improvements to safety practices and procedures
- Promoting a positive HSE culture within the company
Profile
A successful Interim HSE Manager should have:
- A degree in Health and Safety Management or a related field would be beneficial
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
- Strong understanding of HSE legislation and guidelines
- Experience in managing HSE within the FMCG industry
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to deliver training and promote a positive HSE culture
