Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring eQiciency and high standards.
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Conduct regular staQ meetings and performance evaluations.
Customer Experience:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Financial Performance:

  • Develop and manage forecasts to achieve financial targets.
  • Analyse financial reports and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Monitor and control labour and operational costs.
Marketing and Business Growth:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives.

Quality Control:

  • Maintain the authenticity and quality of Italian cuisine served.
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
  • Uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a premium dining or upscale casual
  • dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining culture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
