Adult care, supporting members (Females ONLY) with independent living within the community, short visits of 15-30 minutes to administer medication and prompt along with moving and handling required + can also do mental health focused roles assisting members who have varying disabilities This is a full time position with a range of shifts available, including earlies, lates and long days.

The successful Adult Care Assistant will be responsible for:

Working effectively on their own as well as part of a teamRecognising and encouraging the rights of service users within all areas of their life and to assist them to make informed choices and decisionsWorking in a professional manner, meeting National Care Standards, setting appropriate boundariesIn ordered to be considered for this post, you must be:Qualified to minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable)Minimum 1 year UK experience, working within a care setting
