Location: Braehead Shopping Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 38 hours, 5 days out of 7 ( Occasional weekend work for events etc )
Salary: Up to 32,000 DOE
Start date: ASAP

12 month FTC initially

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for retail? Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales & Liaison Executive! This role involves acting as a liaison between individual stores and the management team, supporting digital marketing efforts, and driving retail sales.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-motivated and commercially driven individual, an understanding of driving retail sales and with a passion for retail. This is an energetic, busy and varied role supporting the centre management team. The main focus of this role is to act as a liaison between individual stores and assist with the centres digital marketing as well as assisting in the development and implementation of the scheme's marketing strategy utilising exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communication: Manage relationships with over 100 stores, provide feedback, and handle operational issues.
- Data Analysis: Collate and analyze sales data, produce trend reports.
- Compliance: Ensure retail compliance with regulations.
- Support: Assist with retailer enquiries, induct new occupiers, and mediate between external agencies and occupiers.
- Marketing: Develop and execute digital strategies, engage occupiers in sales growth opportunities.
- Training: Develop and conduct training programs for occupiers.
