Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections and stock control.
- Developing and implementing cleaning procedures and ensuring they are consistently followed.
- Training, mentoring, and motivating staff to maintain high standards of work and performance.
- Managing and ordering housekeeping supplies and ensuring cost control.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Head Housekeeper role or similar, ideally within a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
