Are you passionate about leading teams and ensuring the smooth operation of payroll services? iMultiply are looking for a skilled Payroll Manager able to oversee and manage payroll teams, ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Payroll Team Leaders to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time.
  • Provide support and training to payroll colleagues, resolving escalated pay and pension queries.
  • Conduct routine payroll audits and ensure that all payroll-related documentation is up to date.
  • Oversee third-party payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Deputise for the Head of Payroll when required, and delegate tasks to Payroll Team Leaders as necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and third parties such as HMRC and pension management companies.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in payroll management with experience leading payroll teams.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, statutory and national insurance rules.
  • Excellent problem-solving, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office with great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • CIPP qualification and experience with systems like Oracle and iTrent are a plus.
