Position Overview:
As a Labour Manager, you will oversee the recruitment process for skilled labor within the construction sector. Collaborating closely with clients and candidates, you will ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct thorough interviews and assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. You will also work collaboratively with the recruitment team to enhance skills, track recruitment metrics to refine processes, and stay updated on industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.

What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000, depending on experience, along with a generous monthly commission and divisional incentives. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office.
