We are working with a fantastic nationally recognised business based in central Glasgow to recruit a brand new role as a Senior Payroll Operations Manager to join their team. Overseeing a large payroll function, this role is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join a progressive forward facing, growing business.

This role will further develop the payroll function, will have responsibility for the future shape and development of the payroll team and function and will focus on the leadership of a large team.

Overseeing a large operational payroll team

Drive positive change to current processes, analyse as is and drive a plan for the future of the Payroll function
