Internal Sales Account Manager
Glasgow City Centre
Salary - 30k with up to 30% annual bonus
Duties and Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities and maximise revenue from account portfolio.
* Regular phone calls to key stakeholders within defined customer accounts.
* Compilation of pricing agreements and quotes in accordance with commercial team guidance.
* Assist with resolving any customer queries and manage customer debt.
* Update customers quarterly on their account spend to enhance revenue growth.
* Ensure that the customer loss and damage charges are dealt with in a timely manner in conjunction with Operations.
* Updating customer contact database.
* Record all customer calls accurately on CLM.
* Preparation and submission of reports to Internal Sales Manager, as required.
