- End to end ownership of all tickets, carrying out initial investigations and troubleshoot issues
- Support the deployment of release and configuration changes following the change management procedures
- Ensure ticket system is up to date and accurate at all times
- Proactively maintain the activity across the customer base
- Experience providing 1st line Support
- Strong communication skills – speaking with team members across the business
- Experience with MS-SQL – Azure SQL Databases
- Exposure to ITIL principles
