Description

You will be working with a growing business providing day to day support to end users taking ownership of IT tickets in order to find a resolution for your customers. You will be working within a company that really invests in their people in terms of training and development long term. In this role you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience with a host of further benefits including 29 days annual leave, company pension and ongoing on-the-job training and development.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong exposure to Active Directory, MS Windows 10, 11 and Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate and work with end users to find a resolution to their IT issues.
  • Experience working with Windows Group Policy to create and apply user groups and permissions would be highly advantageous.
  • The ability to work within the businesses Service Level Agreements is very important within this role.
  • You will take ownership and responsibility of IT tickets inclusive of all communications and resolution.
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining of computer software, hardware, networks, mobile devices and printers.
