2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst
Glasgow City Centre / Hybrid

Daily Duties:

  • Handling 1st line escalations and 2nd line support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and onsite.
  • Managing and maintaining IT systems, including Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualized environments.
  • Working from the office on a mix of ticket-based work and projects, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience.
  • Collaborating with senior engineers on complex technical challenges and infrastructure projects.
  • Opportunity to progress into a senior role, providing onsite client support as part of your career development.
  • Visiting client sites when necessary (driving license required).

Tech Stack:

  • Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
  • Windows Server and Virtualization (VMware).
  • Networking: configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
