Position Overview

A global financial services firm is seeking an experienced ITAM Consultant to manage and improve the accuracy and integrity of IT asset data across systems like ServiceNow and the Asset Inventory System. You will lead a team focused on continuous improvement of data quality and lifecycle management.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ITAM Data Quality team and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Oversee data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across IT asset systems.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, driving improvements.
  • Generate regular progress reports and ensure compliance with audit requirements.


Key Skills & Experience

  • Technical Skills: Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, and JIRA.
  • ITAM & ITIL: Solid understanding of IT Asset Management and ITIL processes.
  • Data Analytics: Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and improving data quality.
  • Problem Solving: Familiarity with problem management methodologies (e.g., Kepner-Tregoe).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to manage global stakeholders.
