We've partnered with an innovative fintech company based in Glasgow that's looking for a Lead Cyber Security Consultant to help shape their security landscape and protect their cutting-edge platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to strengthen the company's security framework.
• Act as the go-to expert for cloud, application, and infrastructure security.
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, promoting best practices and a proactive security mindset.
• Automate security processes and compliance checks using modern DevSecOps tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into software development and cloud operations.
• Proactively identify and respond to security threats using SIEM tools and vulnerability management.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud security and threat detection.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and security automation.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and CI/CD pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of security risks (OWASP Top 10) and best practices.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of developing and managing security teams.
