Daily Duties:

  • Supporting the Service Desk in a 1st/2nd Line capacity
  • Supporting the large client base through ticket requests, and occasionally onsite visits to troubleshoot issues and support ongoing projects.
  • Collaborating with your colleagues to find a resolution for your clients.
  • Maintaining and supporting your client's infrastructure.
  • Working on a shift-pattern basis.
