IT Support Analyst - 3-month contract - £168 per day Inside IR35 - Edinburgh/Glasgow
Lorien's leading Public Sector client are looking to add an IT Support Analyst (1st line) to the team on an initial 3 month contract with a possible 3 month extension.
The role is 2x per week on site in either their Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
1st line services supported and included in this role:
- Office 365 application support
- MS Exchange Online support
- Creation of MS Teams accounts
- OneDrive support
- BitLocker encryption recovery
- Active Directory (SCOTS) account administration
- BlackBerry, Android and iOS support
- Cloud based technologies support
- Equitrac Secure Printing PIN support
Essential skill set:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience of working with an IT Service Desk or similar ITIL support role
- Experience of incident management and working with relevant ITSM tools.
- Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Office 365 apps.
- Experience of supporting Android and iOS devices
- Experience of supporting Bitlocker encryption
- Experience of Active Directory - Users accounts and Groups
