A contract IT Support Analyst is required for a 3 months assignment near Glasgow City Centre.
Client Details
Our client is a leading player in their industry with several branches spread across the UK. They are renowned for utilising the latest technological advancements to deliver high-quality solutions to their customers.
They're looking for a contract IT Support Analyst to start ASAP. 5 days a week on-site and paying around £200 per day (inside IR35 / PAYE).
Description
- Experience of providing 2nd level IT support in a fast paced working environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS O365
- Experience of supporting MS Azure, Active Directory etc.
- Hardware build and deployment (Laptops, PC's etc.)
- Have ownership of any escalated issues till successful resolution
- precious experience working in an ITIL environment
Profile
A successful IT Support Analyst should have:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficient in various IT systems and networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry.
Job Offer
- A day rate of around £200 per day (PAYE)
- Preferred start date is Monday 27th January
- Due to the location of the client offices access to a car is essential (free on-site parking)
