- Provide expert technical support during the software implementation process.
- Log, investigate, and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive project and technical documentation.
- Implement and maintain a robust project methodology and process across the organisation.
- Deliver training sessions to clients’ technical teams and end users.
- Proactively solve problems, thinking on your feet to resolve customer challenges.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with server and desktop operating systems and hardware, as well as SQL Server capability
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Experience in the contact centre environment, either technically or operationally
- An IT qualification
- SQL skills
- Cloud implementation experience
