The Role
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing an excellent underwriting service to customers, arranging cover and administering policies. They will need to offer support via the full range of Insurance products provided by the company in connection with the customer requirements and needs for Quotations, New Business, Adjustments, Renewals and Claims support. The role requires self-motivation, organisational and time-management skills, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:
- Provide an excellent underwriting service
- Plan and process New Business
- Achieve objectives of individual and team goals
- Make a positive input into the team effectiveness
- Ensure company brand materials and working space meet and exceed company presentation standards
Required knowledge and experience for the Sales Advisor role:
- Product knowledge and Industry Experience

- Oral and Written communication skills
- IT literate
