Complaint Handlers needed in Glasgow. If you have complaint handling experience and are looking for a new challenge in the new year than we have a role for you. Working with our utilities complaints team you will use you experience and knowledge to resolve customers complaints. You could support customers with their bills, missed appointment or issues with meters.

Day Rate: 155 - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Glasgow City Centre - This is an office based role

What Huntswood is looking for:

  • Experience investigating customer complaints
  • Experience working for a Utilities company would be beneficial
  • Commitment to work at our office in Central Glasgow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
