Huntswood is looking for Utilities Complaint Handlers with utilities and complaint handling experience to join an exciting project based in our Glasgow Office. As a complaint handler you will be investigating business customer complaints and resolving them with solutions that suits the customer and the company.

Start Date: 18th November 2024

Day Rate: 155 - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Glasgow City Centre - This is a office based role

Working hours: Monday to Friday , 9am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:

  • Experience investigating complaints for a utilities company
  • Experience working for a water company would be beneficial
  • Experience working with commercial customers would be beneficial
  • Commitment to work at client's office in Glasgow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
