What Will You Be Doing?

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Investment Risk team as a client documentation specialist, working closely with investment management teams to produce high-quality client summaries. You will play a key role in ensuring the completion of client documents, particularly focusing on drafting and reviewing About You Investment Mandates (AYIM) to meet suitability standards.

In this role, you will also manage essential suitability procedures, such as extending deadlines for client responses and assisting investment management teams in contacting non-responding clients. Your work will directly support a strong suitability culture across the organisation, ensuring regulatory compliance and high client satisfaction.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for graduates from any degree background who are looking to gain 12 months of commercial experience. No previous experience is needed though a high standard of writing skills, knowledge of Excel/Office suites and a strong attention to detail is required. Any experience in finance is beneficial though not essential.
