Sonic Summary

We are recruiting for a Legal Billing Assistant for an international law firm.
The role involves processing bills for London, including credit notes and write-offs, while adhering to client agreements and firm processes.
Candidates should have a good understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules and UK and EC VAT regulations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is required, along with experience in Aderant or Elite 3E/Elite Enterprise.
The position requires relevant experience, and the salary is competitive based on qualifications and experience.

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Legal Billing Assistant for an international law firm. Key responsibilities:

Processing of bills for London for all offices. This will include credit notes, transfers, write-offs and other ad hoc processing.
Ensuring bills are prepared in accordance with client agreements and the firm's processes.
Ensuring adherence to Solicitors Accounts Rules and UK and EC VAT regulations where appropriate.
Assisting with the application of special rates.

Required Skills/Experience

Good understanding of SAR and VAT rules
Microsoft Office applications Excel and Word
Experience of Aderant or Elite 3E/Elite Enterprise.
