RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional service to customers
Handle existing P & C risks within mid-market
Build and maintain strong broker relationships
Engage with brokers and clients in face-to-face interactions
Meet financial and operational performance targets
Collaborate with other departments to achieve service delivery goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience underwriting both Property and Casualty commercial insurance
Proven ability to establish and maintain positive broker relationships
CII qualifications or a commitment to achieving them
