Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator (IFA) in Glasgow

Our client is a Financial Advisory firm specialising in holistic advice for high-net-worth private clients. Based in Glasgow, they are now currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator who is looking for career progression, to join their team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Advisors and Paraplanners: Assist in all aspects of the financial planning process collaborating with other offices on new and existing business matters
  • Efficient Business Processing: Handling new business efficiently, including platform work where knowledge of AEGON and Investcentre trading platforms is advantageous
  • Client Interaction: Preparing valuations ahead of client meetings and drafting correspondence and communicate with clients and providers as needed
  • Database Management: Maintaining client records to the highest standards. Experience with the Intelligent Office back-office system is beneficial
  • Client Portfolio Research: Conduct research on existing and new client portfolios and gathering relevant information from providers
