Meraki Talent are looking to speak with experienced Investment Administrators, to support and manage client suitability processes from start to finish. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with investment managers and various internal teams.  The ideal candidate will have come from a similar role, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all aspects of the role.  Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end client suitability process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Process Attitude to Risk Questionnaires and annual reviews, checking for inconsistencies, unanswered questions, and contradictory information.
  • Liaise with Investment Managers to address concerns, drafting bespoke correspondence to clients as necessary.
  • Generate comprehensive external reports for clients, supported by documentation from the company database, for Investment Manager approval.
  • Build strong relationships with Investment Managers and work effectively within a team to achieve goals.
  • Manage pending cases, input data accurately, and chase outstanding client queries.
  • Develop expertise in suitability processes and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
