- Oversee the end-to-end client suitability process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Process Attitude to Risk Questionnaires and annual reviews, checking for inconsistencies, unanswered questions, and contradictory information.
- Liaise with Investment Managers to address concerns, drafting bespoke correspondence to clients as necessary.
- Generate comprehensive external reports for clients, supported by documentation from the company database, for Investment Manager approval.
- Build strong relationships with Investment Managers and work effectively within a team to achieve goals.
- Manage pending cases, input data accurately, and chase outstanding client queries.
- Develop expertise in suitability processes and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
