They serve the South West community of Glasgow and beyond.Their services include personalised financial advice, energy assistance, and outreach programs, ensuring that tenants receive the help they need to manage their finances effectively. With a focus on holistic support, the organisation aims to empower individuals and families to achieve financial stability and well-being. Your new roleClient Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their financial and debt situations through various communication methods (face-to-face, email, telephone) Benefit Checking and Financial Capability: Provide services to maximise benefits and enhance financial capability.Welfare Benefits and Money Advice: Offer guidance, information, representation, and support on welfare benefits and money advice, including tribunal representation if required.Third-Party Communication: Effectively communicate with third parties on behalf of clients.Case Management: Efficiently manage a caseload and conduct detailed financial inclusion casework.Resource Signposting: Direct clients to other relevant specialist resources when necessary.Budgetary Advice: Provide budgetary advice as appropriate.GDPR Compliance: Ensure all client mandates comply with current GDPR legislation.Quality Standards: Deliver benefit advice in line with Quality Standards/SNSAIP.
