Credit and Accounts Administrator (part-time)East Kilbride£23,660 (pro-rata)21 hours a week across 3 daysMy client in East Kilbride is hiring a dedicated and experienced Credit Control Administrator to support their expanding team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the finance team to fulfil the unit's goals of delivering a streamlined and proficient service to the company's clientele and suppliers.This position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and is keen to contribute to a successful organisation.Key Responsibilities:* Manage outstanding invoices and resolve payment issue* Prepare and present aged debtor reports* Allocate bank receipts and credit notes* Resolve customer disputes promptly* Manage customer setups and credit checks* Maintain strong customer and supplier relationship* Process and pay supplier invoices* Handle weekly BACS/CHAPS payments* High volume invoice and credit note processing* Reconcile supplier statements* Provide timely and accurate responses to enquiriesRequirements:* Experience in a similar role* Proficiency in Microsoft Office* Experience with Sage * Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsBenefits:* Canteen* Casual dress* Company events* Performance bonus* Pension* Flexitime* Free onsite parkingDoes this role sound like your next career move?
