Investment Administrator
Glasgow
6 Month FTC
Hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)

Currently recruiting for an Investment Administrator to join my client who are well established within the Financial Sector. This is a 6 month fixed term contract, where you will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The office is based in Glasgow City Centre, offering hybrid flexibility. The salary for this role will range between 24,000 - 27,000 per annum, depending on salary and relevant industry experience of the successful candidate.

A background within Financial Services would be beneficial, however not essential as long as you possess strong administrative skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide reliable, professional service to clients, investment managers, advisers, and product providers.
  • Adhere to team SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks according to the team's procedures manual.
  • Actively engage in visual management boards, team meetings, continuous improvement, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's data governance framework, maintaining data quality and integrity.
  • Follow conduct rules and act with integrity.
  • Be aware of CASS processes and escalate issues to your manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:

You will be available within 4 weeks to start and must be able to pass a credit check and disclosure.
