About the Role:As a Publishing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the publishing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative individual to develop a career within the publishing sector. Working closely with clients and the wider team, you will ensure manuscripts are transformed into professional, polished publications.

Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM* Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM

These hours will be flexible after training.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:* Communicate with clients to understand their publishing needs* Process and format manuscripts using InDesign* Create professional layouts, ensuring a polished look and feel for publications* Use creativity to organise and refine manuscripts into professional book formats* Other adhock responsibilities as per the needs of the business________________________________________What We're Looking For:

Skills and Experience:* Strong understanding of the English language* Computer proficiency, with experience in InDesign or other Adobe packages (advantageous)* High attention to detail and precision
