Title: Associate Solicitor Private Client Location: Glasgow City Centre Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 This firm is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join their Private Client department, specifically within the Estate Planning team. They are looking for a candidate with strong leadership qualities who can manage a complex caseload while supervising a team that includes Solicitors, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors. The role involves high levels of client interaction and collaboration with a responsible Partner to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and service delivery. This firm values specialization and encourages cross-referrals to enhance client loyalty and service.Requirements for the RoleCandidates should possess over five years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a comprehensive technical knowledge of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax.
